These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Countdown 5 (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Manipulate votes, rankings, or polls, or use bots or automated scraping.
• Impersonate others or claim a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, events, reviews, images, and other materials). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Business listings and claims

Directory information may be submitted by users or imported from public sources and may contain inaccuracies. If you claim a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf. We may review, edit, or remove listings and claims to maintain accuracy.

Rankings and polls

Rankings and “Top Five” lists are produced from community votes and editorial curation and are provided for general interest. We do not guarantee any particular placement or outcome.

Advertising

Advertising placements are sold by request and quote; nothing is charged online through the Service. Quotes, flight dates, exclusivity, and availability are confirmed by us before a placement goes live. We may decline or remove any advertisement at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Countdown 5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
